Long Span Profile Louvre Vents
Product Details
Long Span Mount Plates for Commercial Buildings address that common problem of mounting your fittings onto a steel sheet profiled wall product like Spandek, Longspan, Metrospan, and a few other long-spanning wall cladding. They are supplied in a 3-piece kit per vent where you will begin fixing the mounting plate in its location, Place the profile sections top and bottom, sliding them under the edges of the flat vent plate and riveting or screwing them into place. Finish off with a neat bead of silicon around the top edge.
These plate kits work with the following cladding profiles.

The Long Span Louvre Vents are designed for your commercial build. Many commercial and industrial buildings use Longspan and Spandek cladding on their roof and walls for its strength and durability. Mounting services and ventilation on the square corrugated profile is difficult. Longspan Mount plate and vent kits solve this problem. Availble is surfmist which contrasts nicely and if needed can be easily spray painted so you match your building. Contact us if you do not see what you need.

How do you ship and manufacture Long Span Louver Vents?
Normal manufacture time is two full working days if shelf stock is not on hand. Shipping is usually on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Orders received Fri, Sat, Sun, may ship on Tuesday and orders on Tuesday and Wednesday may ship on Thursday. Orders usually ship standard post or if with a bigger order, TOLL Road. Express Post is not offered.
I don't need a full pack, can I order individual Long Span vents?
Due to factory-driven costs and logistics, they are only available in pack sizes of 6 or more.
Can I mix sizes and types of vents?
Yes: For Mixed types and sizes, email us to order, an we will send a quote invoice.
What is the minimum order for Long Span Louvre Vents?
The minimum Order for any variety of Mount Plates is a 6 pack.
